First class operation! The guys that come for our pickups are wonderful to work with, they are always courteous and friendly! We were paying 2-3 times the amount for the same services with Iron Mountain and always had billing issues with IM. Not with these guys, excellent customer service! Five stars for sure!
Great service from start to finish. Big shoutout to Ken! We had a ton of boxes to shred and he handled it all so calmly and nicely. Really appreciated it.
