Palvella Therapeutics, headquartered in Wayne, PA, is a pioneering biotechnology company driven by a singular mission: to serve patients suffering from rare genetic skin diseases that currently have no FDA-approved therapies. The name “Palvella” translates to “serve” in Finnish, reflecting our deep commitment to addressing the most urgent, unmet needs in dermatological medicine. With fewer than 2% of nearly 600 rare dermatologic diseases having an approved treatment, we are dedicated to changing the landscape. Through our proprietary QTORIN™ drug delivery platform, we develop targeted topical treatments, such as our lead candidate QTORIN™ rapamycin.
