After speaking with several solar companies, we selected Dominion Energy to assist with our solar system. We couldn’t be happier about our decision! The team went above and beyond to make sure the system met our needs and we understood all aspects of the investment. In addition to installing the solar system, they also installed Level 2 chargers in our garage. Our sales rep and her manager were AWESOME! They provided frequent and professional communications leading up to, during, and after the installation. The install team did a great job on install day – arriving on-time, communicating throughout the day, leaving the job site clean and, most importantly, installing a beautiful solar system. Our system is operating and we are monitoring production in the app daily!
The install team arrived at the start of their window and got straight to work. It was obvious that this was not their first install job. While materials were being sorted and staged on the ground the rest of the team were on the roof laying out where everything would go. They worked fast and efficiently, with the roof work done before lunch. Before the roof install team was half finished the electricians had arrived and started their part. Everyone was finished and the area cleaned up by mid-afternoon. The job looks neat and professional. I am now waiting on the county inspection and then my new Dominion Energy meter so the system can be turned on and start producing electricity.
The installation crew kept me informed about their arrival time as well as the installation progress. Robert, crew leader for installing the solar panels as well as the switch and relay electrical boxes. The overall work was done very professionally and they kept the jobsite clean.
